This modular house, even though its characteristics remain far from most of the prefabricated houses, it is built with prefabricated solid panels of reinforced concrete.
Apparently this type of modular houses may seem wooden houses, as its facade is made of white painted wood.
We can say that the framework of the concrete prefabricated walls is the skeleton of the project.
While, we have an adaptable skin, variable, as a cover of remove and put. In this case, the choice has been painted wood that acts as a membrane between inside and outside, between public and private transition.
