Modular House. Fran & Renata

The architects and engineers of Addomo Arquitectura Modular, after several years of research, were the first in believing in Addomo concrete system for the construction of their houses.

A modular construction system that uses prefabricated concrete panels and wooden painted facade.

This modular house, even though its characteristics remain far from most of the prefabricated houses, it is built with prefabricated solid panels of reinforced concrete.
Apparently this type of modular houses may seem wooden houses, as its facade is made of white painted wood.
We can say that the framework of the concrete prefabricated walls is the skeleton of the project.
While, we have an adaptable skin, variable, as a cover of remove and put. In this case, the choice has been painted wood that acts as a membrane between inside and outside, between public and private transition.
In modular construction the dry joint prevails in all the constructive system.

Suitable construction that save time and respect environment.

Ecology; thermal and acoustic insulation; renewable energy; we talk of inherent characteristics to this constructive system that allows us to save everyday day, respecting the landscape and the environment.

It is perfectly adapted to the land.

The project has a dual nature: global in the fundamental part; individual in the executive part.
I.e., the planning is scheduled jointly, for a group of modular houses, but it is developing in an individual way, according to the requirements of each customer and its circumstance.
The programming plots allow us to adapt the house to environmental circumstances.
